David Loseby joins Wezard as Advisor & Researcher

Wezard is proud to announce that David Loseby has joined us as Advisor & Researcher and will be engaged in the research and development of new services and solutions.

David has over 25 years’ experience at senior executive/director level driving value and change through procurement and organizational transformation. David’s background spans a variety of roles with significant global experience and responsibilities in both private and public sectors, including TDR Capital, Oaktree Fund Management, Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, Westminster City Council, Associated British foods (ABF), Carphone Warehouse plc. (CPW), Barclays Bank plc., WS Atkins plc. & SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline).

His earlier career was spent in the Construction and Property industries. Formerly Group Procurement Director for Inchcape plc., he was responsible for procurement across 29 countries with an annual turnover of £8bn and was the principal architect behind one of the key strategic pillars for leveraging global scale across the group.

David is a source of inspiration for many global practitioners in commercial management and strategic business relationships. Certified in ethical practices and actively engaged with CIPS and other professional organizations, David is pursuing a Doctoral Degree focused on his research into Behavioral Procurement as well as a book that will be published soon.

On joining Wezard Advisory Board, David says:

I am genuinely excited to be joining Wezard as an advisor with the added attribute of providing research and insight into the company. The prospect of getting organizations to collaborate more effectively and gain the benefits and value this will bring reflects a personal ambition and passion to get people to be the best they can. Leveraging the insights from behavioural science, social sciences, decision sciences and psychology has never been more salient. The potential for organizations internally and externally is truly staggering.
